The guesthouse is located in a great 'non-touristy' neighborhood on a small side street, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. the location is convenient and close to places I needed to go. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious. the rooms are tastefully decorated and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the garden and terrace area are beautiful and offer a nice place to relax.
Some of the furniture in the rooms could use updating.

Lovely gardens on the territory. You can eat at Caminos Bar, which is set 800 feet away from the property. We greatly enjoyed everything

Our stay here was nice, chilled-out base for exploring Buenos Aires. Very great staff, nothing too much trouble. You can also visit Pepo Pepona that offers excellent meals.

Lovely and Unique Design, Helpful Staff, and Convenient Location the guesthouse had charming and unique decor that really made it stand out. the staff was also incredibly helpful, offering great local knowledge and assistance whenever I needed it. the location was also convenient, within walking distance of many important sights and public transportation.
Limited Amenities and Noise Levels the guesthouse lacked some amenities that I have come to expect from other places I have stayed in the past. the noise levels were also a bit high, making it difficult to sleep at times.

The staff were excellent, the decor was great and it was nice and clean.
The shower system needs updating, we couldn't seem to regulate the temperature and speed of flow properly. Also the continental breakfast was the same selection every morning it would be nice to have slight variations.

Livian has great shared areas to relax and unwind which you need in BA. Its calm quiet and had a lovely atmosphere. Staff we incredibly helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay the best it could be.
Our room was unfortunately the smallest bed they had, which is because we checked in early so our fault.

Stayed in a charming small lodging that exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing me with a map and advice for touring the city. The location was great, close to many amenities, easily accessible by public transport and very safe to walk around at all times. Breakfast was basic, but sufficient, offering coffee, cereals and fruits.
The noise level in my room was higher than expected, which made sleep a bit difficult. The bathroom was small and the furnishings were outdated.

We stayed 2 nights in the Livian separately (we returned for a 2nd stay). Very welcoming staff. The rooms are very comfortable, interesting and chic. Nice pleace to stay within easy walking distance of Palermo centre.
The glass doors to the rooms whilst nice, but not the most practical after dark, when any outside lighting comes through the curtains.

This hotel is located in a quiet residential area in Palermo Viejo, which is perfect for a peaceful stay while also being close to the vibrant nightlife. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with air conditioning and an outgoing window to let in fresh air. The shared bathroom was clean and more than satisfactory. Plus, breakfast is included, making it a great value for money.
All was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Rustic, homey feel. Nicely decorated common rooms. Helpful staff.
Location is out of the way and I didn't feel very safe walking back to the guesthouse after dark. Rooms very dim and single beds extremely narrow. Toilet system played up one night and kept me awake all night. Internet connection unbearably slow.

La verdad que se pasa muy bien,la zona super tranquila y la casa es espectacular, Mucha alta onda arte con buena vibra. El desayuno es basico pero contundente. Excelentes medialunas de manteca. Gracias por recibirme como en casa. Juan de Punta

I recently had a wonderful stay at a cozy hotel in Palermo. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my friend and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were absolutely adorable, each one decorated in a different color and filled with beautiful antiques. It felt like a home away from home. The hotel's location in a quiet residential area in Palermo Viejo was perfect, as it provided a peaceful environment while still being close to the vibrant nightlife of the Palermo district. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.
Everything was perfect!

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a non-touristy neighborhood. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city and attending language schools nearby. I loved the charming 1920s decor, high ceilings, and antiques throughout the building. The staff were incredibly kind, gracious, and made me feel like part of the family. Additionally, the rooms were cleaned daily and had their own separate bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable and clean stay. The breakfast provided was a lovely added bonus. this hotel offers great value for money and has its own special charm.
Everything was perfect during my stay.
